Scattered Grass

Terry Rose and company got on board yesterday in search of a big Mahi to weigh for the Dolphin tournament they had entered.  We found plenty of Mahi, just not one big enough to take first place.  The wind shifted NE overnight breaking apart all the sargassum grass into a scattered mess that was very difficult to fish.  We pounded it out and capitalized on most of our bites to put together a nice catch of Gaffers.  The fleet that Marlin fished had great success again, but not quite as good as the day before.  Back at it today with high hopes of a full fishbox and a rigger full of laundry!  Still looking for 2 people to fill the final spots on the team for the Big Rock.  Tight Lines and Happy Hunting!
