Cape Hatteras Marlin Club

Team Hunter is headed up to Hatteras this morning to fish in another Marlin tournament.  Sam and I have been switching tackle over from 80-130 lb tackle to 30-50 lb tackle, which is what we will be using the rest of the summer.  This past week was a little rougher than I would have liked, but we did sneak out on Friday morning with James Green and his family to catch some Spanish and Sharks!  The fleet who got offshore found a lot of bailer dolphins and blackfin tuna, along with a scattered Marlin and Sailfish.  You can follow the tournament on the Hatteras Marlin Club’s Facebook page and keep up with the action.  Tight lines and Happy hunting!
